This Saturday, September 16, 2023, Hugues Henry, creator of the Brussels Micro Belgian Fries Museum, was invited as an Honorary Citizen of the Free Commune of the Îlot Sacré. A wonderful recognition, with a diploma, a medal, and above all, a warm and friendly atmosphere, in the words of Brusseleir!

This Saturday, September 16, 2023, during the festivities at the Théâtre Royal de Toone and on the Grand-Place in Brussels, for the 61st Traditional Festival of the Free Commune of the Îlot Sacré, six new Honorary Citizens were welcomed to the Free Commune of the Îlot Sacré, including Hugues Henry, creator of the Brussels Micro Belgian Fries Museum! The ceremony was masterfully led by Mayor Alain Tillière, Grand Bailiff Italo Serra, and Secretary Renato Serra****.
